Adventure Club: Cedar Creek Falls/TreeTop Challenge, Mt Tambourine

Activity: Day Trip – Cedar Creek Falls/TreeTop Challenge, Mt Tamborine
Date: 17 February 2019
Participants: See below
Staff: EBB, DKD, Gabin Tardy

Mt Tamborine provides an ideal setting to experience the Australian outdoors.  Cedar Creek Falls is a short walk from the carpark, opening out on a number of rock pools along the creek. Deep rock pools, smooth granite and flowing water provide a great area to cool down and relax.  TreeTop Challenge, set high in the trees at Mt Tamborine, provides a range of activities set to test the strength and agility of participants.  Blue, Red and Black courses increase the level of difficulty.  16 boys, 3 parents and 3 staff took up the challenge, navigating their way through the double rope bridges, swinging platforms and steps, tunnels and flying foxes (zip lines) to name but a few from the list.  Ideal weather conditions ensured an enjoyable day was had by all.
