GPS teams are fielded in each age group from Year 5 through to Opens during Term 3. These grades run from ‘D/E’ (beginners) to “A” (experienced) levels.  Games are played home and away every Saturday against other GPS schools. Players are required to complete bench duties for games either prior to or after their match.

Players also have the option of participating in external basketball competitions as part of the TGS program and these occur throughout the year. There are also opportunities for students to attain accreditation as a referee.
